A: We support all Microsoft products along with most other

servers and networks.

What hardware do you support?
A: We will support all hardware, however we do not do direct
repairs. We do, however,
diagnose the problem and relay the information to the hardware
manufacturer and ensure that it gets fixed so you do not have to trouble
yourself with the correspondence.

What if I want someone to come to my office instead of remote support?
A: In the interests of keeping your costs as low as possible, we
must first try to solve the problem via remote assistance or over the
phone. If we are unable to
fix it using these procedures, a technician will be dispatched to your
building to solve the problem ASAP.

What if my business already has IT Staff?

A: As soon as ITSmart verifies that the said upgrade is safe and
secure, we will install it immediately.
However we usually wait until after hours or whenever you wish
for upgrades to be installed so as not to disrupt your business’
functions.

How secure is my server?
A: ITSmart is constantly monitoring the server and all antivirus
updates to ensure that your server is completely secure.
All unusual activity and/or unauthorized access is logged and
immediately reported to our monitoring team who will quickly react so as
to prevent any harm to your network.
Q:
How secure is my data?
A: ITSmart takes the security of your data very seriously.
In our data center the most stringent security measures are
observed, including card key access, biometric palm scans, security
cameras, 24/7 security cameras recorded to DVDs, and many other measures
to ensure that your files are entirely secure.
Q:
Do we need an internet connection?
A: Yes, for ITSmart to effectively support your network, server,
or PCs. If you do not have internet already installed we can assist you
in the installation.
